ORDERING PROCESS

- Contactless Pick Up: Customers will be able to order online or via phone. We ask customers to assist us with facilitation in Contactless system by paying online, however, paywave in-store is available. We can not have face to face orders. If you forget to pre-order before heading to our shop, just use you mobile phone and call us from your car. Pick up instructions for customers will be placed on our shopfront. In general, wait for us to call you in and please follow Level 3 social distancing rules.

Phone ordered deliveries can not be 100% contactless due to not have paywave mobile etfpos- so please use our website. It is true that Uber Eats has a high commission, so if you can assist us being a small business, direct ordering would be much appreciated.

- We have our usual delivery capacity, however delays during the most popular times of 6-8pm can occur. It may take a little longer, but your cooked to order pick up or delivery will still be hot and tasty. If your pick up or delivery meals or experience is anything less than expected please get in touch with us via email liv.lovet@gmail.com or phone 094767086 if you have any queries.

- TIP: we can order ahead of time just let up know your preferred pick up or delivery time. Online, just put the time in the COMMENTS box.

- For the safety of both our staff and customers, we ask that anyone who doesn’t feel well doesn’t come to store. We ask that you simply hold off on getting your Olivia's Kitchen in-store fix until you are well again! (but we can do Contactless delivery). If unsure, please call Healthline on 0800 358 5453

Our Staff:

- Are required to stay at home if they are feeling unwell.

- Are required to wash hands frequently and sanitise several times and hour during service.

- Will be executing meticulous touch hygiene in food preparation, cooking, stacking, bagging and serving.

- Our delivery staff will be sanitising before and after touching your order.

- Where possible, will be required to follow 1m physical distancing guidelines in kitchens; though all staff are in a 'closed work bubble'
