Olivia's Kitchen will be open so you can order online for contactless pick up and contactless delivery. To help feed your needs we are extending our operating hours to include lunch orders.
Our hours are 4pm to 9pm EACH OF THESE DAYS, with a delivery service from 4:30pm to 8:30pm (limited delivery area).

Our customers can feel reassured that when we are operating again, we will be following all requirements set by the government for our industry, in accordance to Alert Level 3, and we will have strict health & safety protocols in place.

Our Customer’s Needs:
- Order online with confidence knowing that we are adhering to physical distancing guidelines and following regimented hygiene protocols; from our staff, to pick up and delivery services, and with our kitchen to our food preparation and handling.

ORDERING PROCESS
- Contactless Pick Up: Customers will be able to order online or via phone. We ask customers to assist us with facilitation in Contactless system by paying online, however, paywave in-store is available. We can not have face to face orders. If you forget to pre-order before heading to our shop, just use you mobile phone and call us from your car. Pick up instructions for customers will be placed on our shopfront. In general, wait for us to call you in and please follow Level 3 social distancing rules.

- Contactless Delivery: Customers will be able to order online or via phone. Again we ask customers to assist us with facilitation in Contactless system by ordering and paying online. Phone ordered deliveries can not be 100% contactless due to not have paywave mobile etfpos- so please use our website. It is true that Uber Eats has a high commission, so if you can assist us being a small business, direct ordering would be much appreciated.
- We have our usual delivery capacity, however delays during the most popular times of 6-8pm can occur. It may take a little longer, but your cooked to order pick up or delivery will still be hot and tasty. - Will be wearing freshly washed uniforms for each day, including aprons.

In light of the government's announcement and in line with the new guidelines set around Alert Level 3, from Tuesday 28th April, Olivia's Kitchen will be open so you can order online for contactless pick up and contactless delivery. To help feed your needs we are extending our operating hours to include lunch orders.
New hours are 11.30am to 9pm EVERYDAY, with a delivery service from 4pm to 9pm (limited delivery area).

From 9pm Wednesday 25th March we will close our doors, and turn off our wok :( until such a time when we can reopen. This is in direct response to the NZ Government's increased COVID-19 level 4.
